A: Primer is free to try. Simply sign up. Build an audience. Sync it to your ad accounts, and plug the audience into a campaign. From there you can A/B test the impact of Primer-built audiences vs. traditional targeting options in Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
Q: Why does Primer limit active syncing audiences?
A: To maintain performance, Primer limits the number of active syncing audiences per organization. Audiences with a "synced" status update every 7 days, refreshing data in your ad campaigns. Both "synced" and "incomplete" audiences use active slots, which are limited by your plan.
Q: Why does Primer base pricing on ad spend?
A: Primer's philosophy is that customers should invest a small portion of their ad spend on targeting to achieve better lead quality. Our pricing is benchmarked at around 3-5% of your monthly ad spend. We ask customers to self-report their ad spend, but Primer can verify this through connected ad accounts on our platform.
We understand that ad spend can vary month-to-month, so we ask you to report the range you typically fall into. If your ad spend changes significantly by the end of your term, we can adjust your plan tier accordingly. Since Primer does not limit where you can use audiences across our integrated partners, we consider overall digital ad spend on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

A: Primer allows you to connect one ad account per audience destination. For example, with LinkedIn, you can connect one LinkedIn Ads account.
